Holy Books: Definition

A Jewish holy book is any book that contains:
  • God's name in any language, not just Hebrew,
  • Any lines (psukim) of Torah,
  • Midrashim,
  • Halacha in any language, or
  • Mishna/Talmud and their commentaries.
